If you have more than one account, no matter if it's Twitter, Instagram or other available network to link to SocialPubli Advocacy, it's necessary to create as many Social Reacher registers as you require to work with all your accounts.
It's not currently possible to link more than one SN account to your SocialPubli Advocacy's register.
